Breath lead self-care movement to take into everyday living with ease
Our modern human world is busy, fast and over stimulating. Even when we are extracting and unplugging ourselves from it all, there are hidden stimuli invading our space and our state.
The effects of which create imbalances in our whole being which challenge our innate ability to improve or maintain health and wellbeing.
Breathe & Flow classes guide in our being able to adjust and change imbalances by using techniques taken from Somatics, Yin Yoga, Yoga, Pilates, QiGong and other forms that Janet has had the privilege to learn and apply to her own practices.
Each class include lessons in:
